5.2 Refunds: Refunds are subject to the terms and policies of Google Play or Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Please contact the respective store support for refund inquiries.
5.3 Subscriptions: If applicable, subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
5.4 Ads: Our Services may display advertisements from third parties to provide the Service for free. You may have the option to purchase a "Remove Ads" feature. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
6.1 All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Games, including all content (graphics, sounds, code, trademarks, etc.), are owned by Gecen Teknoloji and protected by copyright laws. Unless otherwise specified, users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content without permission.
6.2 Third-party trademarks (e.g., Unity, AppLovin, Firebase) are the property of their respective owners.
7.1 "As Is" Basis: The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that defects will be corrected.
7.2 Gecen Teknoloji shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or disruption caused by the activities listed in Section 4, including but not limited to data loss or loss of in-game rewards. We recommend backing up your data where possible.
7.3 Users shall not claim any rights or compensation for any damages resulting from the misuse of the Services or for issues arising from the Services provided by Gecen Teknoloji (e.g., server maintenance, technical errors).
8.1 Users agree not to hold Gecen Teknoloji responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the misuse of the Services or for any failures from Gecen Teknoloji.
9.1 By using the Services, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or the use of the Services, shall be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You expressly waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

10.2 Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any in-app purchases or virtual items. Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts.
