Our games do not have accounts. You never give us a name, an e-mail address or a phone number, and there is nothing to sign in to. The only identifier our servers hold is a random value that a game creates on your device the first time it needs one.
Open the game and go to Settings › Delete my data, then confirm.
The request is sent and completed immediately. You do not need to contact us, and you do not need to type anything in.
Deletion has to start inside the game because that is the only place where proof of ownership exists. Your device proves the record is yours without ever sending us the identifier itself. That is also why this page has no form: a form could not tell your device apart from anybody else's, and asking you to paste an identifier into a web page would put it in browser history and server logs, which is exactly what we avoid.
| Data | Where | After deletion |
|---|---|---|
| Device identifier (a random value, not tied to you personally) | Our purchase verification server | Removed from our records, and your device generates a new one |
| Purchase records (store transaction number, product, date, refund status) | Our purchase verification server | Kept, but anonymised. The link to your device is severed. See below. |
| Gameplay analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase) | The analytics identifier on your device is reset, so later data cannot be joined to earlier data | |
| Advertising identifiers (AppLovin, Adjust, Google) | Those companies | Reset them from your phone: Android Settings › Google › Ads; iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking |
| Your game progress (levels, coins, collection) | On your phone only | Not deleted. To clear it, uninstall the game or clear its storage. |
| Cloud save, achievements and leaderboards | Your own Google Play Games / Apple iCloud account | Not deleted. It belongs to your account, not to us. Delete it from Google Play Games or from your iCloud settings. |
A purchase record is a financial record. Tax law and the app store agreements require us to keep proof that a payment happened, and the same record is what stops a refunded purchase from being claimed a second time. So we do not delete the row. We strip it of everything that points at you: the device identifier is removed and the raw store response is discarded. What remains is the store's own transaction number, the product and the date, and none of it can be connected back to a device or a person.
The change is made the moment you confirm. Copies in encrypted backups and in server logs age out within 30 days.
If you have already uninstalled the game, or the button does not work on your device,
write to [email protected] with
the subject Data deletion and the name of the game. We answer within 30 days.
Please do not put passwords or payment details in the message.
